Recipient of the Community Partnership Award for our longstanding volunteer partnership with Keyspan Energy. Keyspan employees deliver meals to homebound elderly during their lunch hours.

Mayor’s Voluntary Action Center Award
Vincent Polidoro, volunteer extraordinaire, received a Silver Apple Award from Mayor Giuliani for conceiving and developing a project to connect homebound Heights and Hill clients to the Internet.

Points of Light
Our Keyspan/Meals-on-Heels Partnership was nationally recognized as a Daily Point of Light by the Points of Light Foundation, and former Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton.
